By using banhnho (https://banhnho.com), you agree to the terms below.

1. Service

banhnho aggregates news, schedules, results, rankings, player profiles and statistics for three-cushion carom (UMB, PBA, Vietnam), plus a player community. banhnho is not affiliated with and does not represent UMB, PBA or any federation.

2. Accounts

  • You sign in with Google, Facebook, Zalo, Apple or an email code; your information is handled under the Privacy Policy (https://banhnho.com/en/quyen-rieng-tu).
  • You are responsible for activity on your account. One person, one account; do not impersonate others.
  • You must be 16 or older to create an account.

3. Member content

  • Content you post (shots, documents, clubs, comments) is shown only after review.
  • You keep the copyright to your content and allow banhnho to display, store and reformat it on the site.
  • Do not post unlawful, abusive, spam, unauthorised advertising or infringing content. banhnho may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Predictions and match analysis

Predictions and the match-analysis feature are for information and entertainment only: no money involved, no prizes of monetary value. banhnho does not run and is not linked to any form of real-money gaming.

5. Data and sources

All figures on banhnho cite their sources; news is rewritten and links to the original. banhnho aims for accuracy but does not guarantee data is complete or error-free; official results belong to the organising federation. Report errors via the Contact page.

6. Intellectual property

The banhnho name, logo and site software belong to banhnho. Federation logos, event names and images belong to their respective owners. Do not bulk-copy data with automated tools without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

banhnho is provided "as is". banhnho is not liable for damages arising from using or being unable to use the site, or from decisions based on its figures or analysis.

8. Changes and termination

banhnho may update these terms or its features, or discontinue the service; the date at the top changes accordingly. You may stop using the site and request account deletion at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
