banhnho (https://banhnho.com) is a three-cushion carom information site. This page explains what data banhnho collects, how it is used and how you control it.

1. Data banhnho collects

  • When you sign in with Google, Facebook, Zalo or Apple: your display name, email address, profile picture and the account identifier returned by the provider. banhnho only requests basic scopes (openid, email, profile) — it never reads your contacts, calendar, Drive, Gmail or any other data.
  • When you sign in with an email code: your email address and a one-time 6-digit code (expires after 10 minutes).
  • Information you add: phone number (optional), content you post (shots, documents, clubs) and your Predictions.
  • Technical data: sign-in session (cookie), IP address and browser information in server logs, to prevent abuse.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4 — measurement cookies are only set after you click "Accept" on the banner.

2. How banhnho uses data

  • To create and maintain your account, keep you signed in and show your name and avatar on the site.
  • To send sign-in codes by email (via the Resend email service).
  • To display content you post and your Prediction results.
  • To count page views and improve content — no personalised ads, no remarketing.

3. Google user data

banhnho's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. banhnho only uses your Google name, email and profile picture to sign you in and show your profile; it does not sell or rent this data, does not use it for advertising, does not transfer it to third parties other than the processors listed in section 4, and does not use it to train AI models.

4. Sharing

banhnho does not sell personal data. Data only passes through processors needed to run the site:

  • Servers at Hetzner (Germany/Finland) host the database.
  • Resend delivers sign-in emails.
  • Cloudflare R2 stores images you upload (if any).
  • Google Analytics counts page views (with your consent).

banhnho only discloses data to authorities when legally required.

5. Retention and security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and sessions use secure cookies. Accounts are kept until you ask for deletion. Technical logs are purged regularly.

6. Your rights

You can view, correct, download or delete your data, withdraw analytics consent (clear your browser cookies, then click "Decline"), and revoke banhnho's access at any time from your Google/Facebook/Zalo/Apple account settings.

7. Account and data deletion

Send a request via the Contact page (https://banhnho.com/lien-he). Your account, sessions, linked sign-in methods and related personal data are deleted within 7 days; public content you posted is removed or anonymised.

8. Children

banhnho accounts are not intended for people under 16.

9. Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes; significant changes are announced on the site.
